Residential Rat Removal in Austell
Most of our Austell work is residential. Homes in Downtown Austell, Mableton, and Lithia Springs range from 1950s ranches to newer builds. Each has different rat entry points. Older homes have crawl space vents and pier foundations. Newer homes have soffit gaps and HVAC chases. We handle both. If you hear scratching at night or find droppings in the kitchen, call us. We will inspect, trap, seal, and clean up. You get a written scope and a flat price before we start.
We inspect your Austell attic with flashlights and mirrors, set snap traps on runways, and remove rats within one to three visits. We also check insulation for damage and droppings. If cleanup is needed, we handle that too.
Crawl spaces in Mableton and Lithia Springs often have damaged insulation and soiled vapor barrier. We remove contaminated material, sanitize, and replace insulation. Then we seal foundation vents and plumbing penetrations with hardware cloth and exclusion sealant.
Roof rats enter through soffit gaps and roof vents. We seal those points with copper mesh and sealant, trim back tree limbs where possible, and set roof-level traps. Most Austell roof rat jobs need two visits to clear the population.
If you smell something dead in a wall or attic, call us. We locate the carcass with inspection mirrors, remove it, and treat the area with disinfectant and deodorizer. Most jobs finish in under two hours. We also seal the entry point so it does not happen again.
- Flat price before we start, no hourly billing or surprise add-ons.
- We seal entry points, not just trap, so rats do not come back.
- Cleanup and sanitation included so you are not left with droppings or odor.
